Fall 2025 Primetime Cubs Program

The purpose of the intermediate program is sharpen the tools of youth who have experience playing the game. Far too many youth, even up to the high school level, do not have the adequate technical tools & knowledge of the game to be a successful ballplayer despite having played the game for years. This program is geared towards teaching youth how to master the fundamentals, while also providing advanced level knowledge to ensure readiness and preparation for the present and far future.

Fall 2025 Primetime Cubs Program

The purpose of the “Cubs” team is strictly for development. Far too many youth, even up to the high school level, do not have the adequate tools & knowledge of the game to be a successful ballplayer. This program is geared towards teaching the fundamental tools & knowledge of baseball to ensure readiness and preparation for the actual game. It is meant to be viewed as a long term project and journey to prepare them to play in Spring 2026 and beyond. 

It is intended for children with little to no experience, ages 5 to 8 years old.

Strength & Conditioning   

Our strength and conditioning program is designed to help athletes improve their overall physical fitness, strength, flexibility, endurance, and injury resistance. Through a combination of cardio exercises, plyometrics, and functional movements, players will enhance their athletic performance. 


Speed and Agility                                                 The speed and agility program at Primetime Sports focuses on developing players' speed, quickness, agility, coordination, explosiveness and movement patterns.

Our hitting instruction covers all aspects of hitting. We teach the proper and fundamentals of hitting mechanics.  We develop the hand-eye coordination, balance, bat-speed, strength and reaction skills used when hitting.

Our hitting program focuses on developing the fundamental skills and techniques needed to excel at the plate.

Fielding (Infield and Outfield) Program

Our infield and outfield instruction teaches the proper and necessary mechanics and mindset needed to play any specific position on the field. We develop the coordination, footwork, reaction skills, speed, quickness, and strength used at any position.  

Our dedicated coaches will provide instruction and drills to help players become more agile, reliable, and versatile infielders.

Coach Cedric will be offering Strength & nonevent class.  Too often, youth are not adequately prepared for the rigors of sports and weight training, which leads to lack of confidence and, at worst, disinterest in sports and exercise as a whole. The purpose of his classes is to prepare youth to be physically prepared for any sport they desire to play and to be prepared for future weight training programs.

Each class is designed for beginners to be physically prepared for any sport & the weight room. Each class will cover the following:

  • Intro to Movement
  • Intro to Speed & Agility
  • Intro to Strength & Power
  • Intro to Injury Prevention

Class every week on Wednesday:

Our 2024-2025 winter baseball/softball program begins Monday, December 2, 2024, and it will end Friday, March 7, 2025. It is intended for ages 6 to 14.


Spring season (inquire within for more info)

For intermediate youth athletes, there will be group baseball/softball sessions every:
-Monday & Friday at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 7 PM

For beginner youth athletes, there will be group baseball/softball sessions every:
-Tuesday & Thursday at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 7 PM

For all levels, there will be group strength & movement sessions every:
-Wednesday at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 7 PM 


A) 3 times a week membership

B) 2 times a week membership 

C) 1 time a week membership
