Coach Cedric will be offering youth foundation fitness classes. Too often, youth are not adequately prepared for the rigors of sports and weight training, which leads to lack of confidence and, at worst, disinterest in sports and exercise as a whole. The purpose of his classes is to prepare youth to be physically prepared for any sport they desire to play and to be prepared for future weight training programs.
Each class is designed for beginners to be physically prepared for any sport & the weight room. Each class will cover the following:

Our hitting instruction covers all aspects of hitting. We teach the proper and fundamentals of hitting mechanics. We develop the hand-eye coordination, balance, bat-speed, strength and reaction skills used when hitting.
Our hitting program focuses on developing the fundamental skills and techniques needed to excel at the plate.
Our infield and outfield instruction teaches the proper and necessary mechanics and mindset needed to play any specific position on the field. We develop the coordination, footwork, reaction skills, speed, quickness, and strength used at any position.
Our dedicated coaches will provide instruction and drills to help players become more agile, reliable, and versatile infielders.
Our pitching instruction covers all aspects of pitching and the position of a pitcher. We develop the coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength used when pitching. Our training program is designed to maximize your accuracy and velocity, decreasing the risk of injury, and obtain the skills and knowledge needed to become a better pitcher.
Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning program is designed to help athletes improve their overall physical fitness, strength, flexibility, endurance, and injury resistance. Through a combination of cardio exercises, plyometrics, and functional movements, players will enhance their athletic performance.
Speed and Agility The speed and agility program at Primetime Sports focuses on developing players' speed, quickness, agility, coordination, explosiveness and movement patterns.
Our state-of-the-art fitness center offers a variety of equipment and classes to help you stay in shape.
